This policy describes how BuildSource LLC ("Blueprint Lead", "we") handles information submitted through blueprintlead.com.

What we collect

When you submit our contact form, we collect the information you provide: your name, company, phone number, state, and what you are interested in. We also receive standard technical information any website receives, such as IP addresses used for rate limiting and abuse prevention.

How we use it

We use form submissions for one purpose: contacting you about Blueprint Lead services — coverage, rates, and setup for your market. We do not sell your contact information.

Service providers

Form submissions — including applications — are delivered to us through transactional email and notification providers, and application details are stored in our client-management system so we can review your application and contact you. Application drafts you have not submitted are kept only in your own browser and expire within 48 hours. Text messages are delivered through a telecommunications provider acting solely on our behalf.

Text messaging (SMS)

If you provide a phone number and opt in to receive text messages from BuildSource LLC (Blueprint Lead), we use that number only to send the messages you opted in to — for example, notifications about screening-call bookings, lead deliveries and receipt confirmations, and account or service updates. Message frequency may vary. Standard message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out and HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase; you can opt in at blueprintlead.com/sms or inside your client account, and opt out at any time by replying STOP.

Your mobile information will not be sold or shared with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. We will not share your opt-in to an SMS campaign with any third party for purposes unrelated to providing you with the services of that campaign.

Client accounts

The client login area is for active Blueprint Lead clients. Credentials are used only to authenticate access and are not shared.
